To translate a theme in general you have to follow this guide:

Most frontend labels are available to translate directly thru theme options panel; for example post -> single -> page title etc.
If there is a fixed text somewhere that can't be translated by following the tutorial above or directly in theme options panel, then it should be done directly in PHP files. Please let us know of such situation, then we'll make it configurable in next update release
